Submit your Expression of Interest with preferred typology, view orientation and contact details.

Provide a one-time-password verification along with passport / Emirates ID for the reservation file.
EOI Deposit
Pay the booking fee via bank transfer or manager's cheque. Fully refundable if no unit is allocated.
Invitation to Book
On allocation, you are invited to a private unit selection, signing of SPA and payment of the 5% down payment.
